Coming back to revamp my review. Suckers double charged me after priceline already charged me. Not cool.
Honestly as far as Roadway's go.. you won't find a better economy stay anywhere! The beds are good, breakfast fresh, rooms clean & services very good. They try to make you feel as comfortable as possible even as a low end accommodation guest. Yes their pillows slightly lumpy however sheets are clean & very soft! The hospitality given to us is outstanding: professional & caring true Southern Hospitality which is hard to find nowadays. I definitely recommend this hotel for a quick and efficient low-cost stay. Location On I-40, Exit 68.
Great place to stop and rest. Better than I expected for what we paid. Rug was new. Desk staff was nice. Id stop again here for an overnight stay for long drive.

I can't rate this any lower or I would. It's 1:30am and not only are me and my boyfriend sitting here but three other car loads of guest in the parking lot. No clerk to be found. There was a phone to buzz someone. No one answered. We call the Phone number to this place and get no answer again. Needless to say we left and you lost our business. How unprofessional to not have anyone around to check in guests? The other people that were waiting had been sitting there for quite a while before we showed up. Good luck making money when your front desk clerk is no where to be found.
STAY AWAY! In the same parking lot as an adult movie store is this nightmare of a hotel! To start off, during the check-in process he charged me a fee for my Service Dog even though I had appropriate paper work proving his legitimacy. We walked in, and before we closed the door we found a roach climbing up the wall. There was also dead bugs by the sink. My fiancé then got stuck inside the bathroom for 10 minutes and we had to use a knife to pry open the damn door to get her out! Then as we are getting ready for bed, we discover that our front door doesn't lock properly, and we could literally push it open, and had to use the dead bolt chain in order to actually secure the room. This also made it impossible for both of us to leave the hotel room at the same time because someone had to stay behind to make sure all of our stuff was secure. The room smelled absolutely terrible to top it off. If we hadn't already been driving for 30+ hours we would have just left and gotten another hotel... Super disappointed in the overall quality of this location, especially since I have never had this problem at a Rodeway Inn before.
